Data Deletion Instructions

1. What this page covers

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from ArtOfClone (The Art of the Clone, artoftheclone.ai), operated by PainPoint Technologies Co., Ltd.

2. Option A — delete in the app

• Log in at app.artoftheclone.ai.
• Open your account settings and delete your account and data yourself.

3. Option B — request deletion by email

• Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.
• Use a subject such as 'Data Deletion Request' and tell us what to delete (your whole account, or specific data).
• We will verify your request, confirm receipt, and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain certain records.

4. If you connected a Facebook / Instagram / Threads account

• You can remove ArtOfClone's access at any time in your Facebook settings under 'Apps and Websites' (or the equivalent Instagram / Threads setting).
• When you remove access on Facebook, Meta also sends us a deletion request through its Data Deletion Callback, and we process it the same way.
• You can also email [email protected] to have connected-account data deleted.

5. What gets deleted

• Your registration data (such as email) and account settings.
• The Materials you provided to build your Double (photos, video, voice samples, text) and the content generated under your account.
• Data obtained from Connected Accounts.
• Records we are legally required to keep are retained as required by law (see the Privacy Policy for retention details).
